How can I reserve a locker?
Very easy and fast, following these simple steps:
- Click on the "Book a Locker" button.
- Select the desired date.
- Choose the locker size.
- Enter your details.
- Make the payment.
- Check your email, as you will receive the necessary codes to access the facility and locker.
How long does my reservation last?
All reservations are valid for the selected date only and during our operating hours, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on that same day.
For example:
You cannot make a reservation at 9:00 PM and expect it to remain valid the following day. If you need the locker for another day, you must extend your reservation.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you do not extend your reservation, you will not be able to access either the premises or your locker.
At LOCK & GO Torrevieja, reservations are based on daily operating periods, specifically from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the selected date, as clearly indicated during the booking process on our website.
Therefore, when a reservation is made during the afternoon or evening, it will still expire at 10:00 PM on that same day.
This service is not a continuous 24-hour rental. Instead, it is a daytime storage service, similar to luggage lockers found in transport stations, shopping centres and tourist destinations, where the price is based on a daily operating period rather than the actual number of hours used.

Is the facility open 24 hours a day?
No.
Our opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 365 days a year.
This schedule helps us maintain an additional level of security for our customers and their belongings.
Can I open and close my locker multiple times?
Yes. You may access your locker as many times as you wish during the period covered by your reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your booking through the "MY RESERVATION" section.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is recommended, especially during the high season, although reservations can also be made on-site, subject to availability.
What happens if I want to extend my locker rental at Lock & Go Torrevieja?
If you wish to extend your rental, you can do so directly through our website by accessing your reservation.

What security measures do the lockers have?
Our lockers are equipped with secure locking systems to protect your belongings.
In addition, the storage area is monitored by security cameras and a 24-hour surveillance system connected to the local police.
What happens if I do not receive my reservation code?

What happens if I arrive after 10:00 PM?
f you have extended your reservation, you will be able to access your locker again the following day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
If you have not extended your reservation, you must do so during the extension period available between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM on the day of your reservation.
If you do not extend your reservation within this period, you will need to contact us in order to access the premises and retrieve your belongings.
Please note that this situation involves using the locker beyond the reserved period and may result in a penalty being applied in accordance with our terms and conditions.
⚠️ Important: Access to the premises is not possible between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
