El presente documento regula el uso del sitio web de
reservas de Lock & Go Torrevieja y el servicio de alquiler de taquillas.
This document governs the use of the Lock & Go
Torrevieja booking website and the locker rental service.
Al efectuar una reserva, el Usuario acepta íntegramente
estas condiciones.
By making a reservation, the User fully accepts these terms
and conditions.
Descripción del Servicio / Service Description
Lock & Go Torrevieja ofrece el alquiler de taquillas
automáticas para almacenamiento temporal de objetos personales, por días
naturales o el período que se indique, dentro del horario/s establecido/s.
Lock & Go Torrevieja offers the rental of automated
lockers for the temporary storage of personal belongings, for calendar days or
the period indicated, within the established opening hours.
Tipos y dimensiones de taquillas disponibles / Locker types
and dimensions available
Se incluirán taquillas de distintos tamaños (por ejemplo: M,
L, XL) con dimensiones acordes al espacio disponible, para permitir guardar
maletas, mochilas o equipaje de viaje — adaptando según el inventario real.
Lock & Go Torrevieja will offer lockers of various sizes
(for example: M, L, XL) with dimensions appropriate to the available space, to
allow storing suitcases, backpacks or travel luggage — adapted to the actual
inventory.
Duración del alquiler / Rental Duration
El servicio se podrá contratar por un mínimo de 1 hora (o el
mínimo que establezca Lock & Go Torrevieja) y hasta un máximo de — por
ejemplo — 90 días consecutivos, o según lo que la empresa decida.
The service may be contracted for a minimum of 1 hour (or
the minimum established by Lock & Go Torrevieja) and up to a maximum of —
for example — 90 consecutive days, or according to what the company decides.
Precios / Pricing
El precio por horas y/o día, y por tipo de taquilla, será el
que esté indicado en el momento de la reserva. Pueden aplicarse ofertas
vigentes si las hubiera.
The price per hour and/or day, and per locker type, will be
the one indicated at the time of booking. Active offers may apply if available.
Modificaciones y cancelaciones / Modifications and
Cancellations
El Usuario podrá cambiar o cancelar su reserva con al menos
24 horas de antelación al inicio del servicio.
The User may change or cancel their reservation at least 24
hours before the start of the service.
Si la cancelación se solicita fuera de ese plazo, se
aplicará un cargo del 100 % del importe.
If cancellation is requested outside that timeframe, a
charge of 100% of the amount will be applied.
Incidencias técnicas / Technical Issues
En caso de fallo, bloqueo u otra incidencia con la taquilla
o el acceso, Lock & Go Torrevieja proporcionará un servicio de asistencia
local.
In case of failure, lock-out or any other issue with the
locker or access, Lock & Go Torrevieja will provide a local assistance
service.
Métodos de pago / Accepted Payment Methods
El pago deberá realizarse mediante tarjeta de crédito o
débito, o por los medios seguros habilitados en la web.
Payment must be made via credit or debit card, or via the
secure payment methods enabled on the website.
Lock & Go Torrevieja no gestionará directamente los
datos de la tarjeta, sino mediante pasarela bancaria.
Lock & Go Torrevieja will not handle card data directly;
payment processing will be done through a secure banking gateway.
Obligaciones del Usuario / User Obligations
El Usuario se compromete a usar la taquilla sólo para
guardar pertenencias propias.
The User agrees to use the locker only to store their own
belongings.
El Usuario debe asegurarse de que la taquilla quede bien
cerrada.
The User must ensure the locker is properly locked.
No se permite almacenar objetos ilegales, peligrosos,
contaminantes, animales, alimentos perecederos, armas, ni artículos de valor
como dinero, joyas o electrónica.
Storing illegal, dangerous, polluting items, animals,
perishable food, weapons, or valuables such as money, jewelry or electronics is
prohibited.
El Usuario no debe compartir códigos de acceso ni permitir
su uso por terceros.
The User must not share access codes or allow third parties
to use them.
El Usuario accederá al local únicamente para depositar o
recoger sus pertenencias.
The User will access the premises only to deposit or
retrieve their belongings.
Al finalizar el servicio, la taquilla debe quedar en buen
estado.
At the end of the rental period, the locker must be left in
good condition.
Incumplimientos y consecuencias / Breaches and Consequences
Si el Usuario no vacía la taquilla a tiempo, Lock & Go
Torrevieja podrá acceder y retirar el contenido. Se intentará contactar al
Usuario, que asumirá los costes de devolución. Si tras un periodo razonable
(por ejemplo 15 días) no hay respuesta, los objetos se considerarán
abandonados.
If the User does not empty the locker on time, Lock & Go
Torrevieja may access and remove its contents. An attempt will be made to
contact the User, who will bear the return costs. If after a reasonable period
(e.g. 15 days) there is no response, the items will be considered abandoned.
En caso de uso indebido (objetos prohibidos, armas,
materiales peligrosos, etc.), Lock & Go Torrevieja se reserva el derecho de
retirar los objetos, notificar a las autoridades, y aplicar una penalización
económica (por ejemplo: 300 €).
In case of improper use (prohibited items, weapons,
dangerous materials, etc.), Lock & Go Torrevieja reserves the right to
remove the items, notify the authorities, and apply a financial penalty (for
example: €300).
Si el Usuario causa daños a las taquillas, deberá responder
por los daños y penalizaciones por el tiempo que la taquilla esté fuera de
servicio; si requiere sustitución, podrá aplicarse un coste elevado (por
ejemplo, 1.000 €).
If the User causes damage to the lockers, they must cover
the damages and penalties for the time the locker is out of service; if a
replacement is required, a high fee may apply (for example, €1,000).
Las penalizaciones se cargarán mediante el mismo método de
pago usado para la reserva o vía transferencia bancaria.
Penalties will be charged using the same payment method used
for the reservation or via bank transfer.
Limitación de responsabilidad / Limitation of Liability
Lock & Go Torrevieja no se responsabiliza por los
objetos almacenados.
Lock & Go Torrevieja is not responsible for stored
items.
Si ofrece seguro, la cobertura —si existiera— será limitada,
y excluirá objetos de alto valor (dinero, joyas, electrónica, etc.).
If insurance is offered, coverage —if any— will be limited
and will exclude high-value items (money, jewelry, electronics, etc.).
Acceso y reserva / Booking and Access
Al reservar, el Usuario selecciona fecha, duración y tipo de
taquilla, confirma la reserva, proporciona datos personales y método de pago, y
recibe un correo con la confirmación y códigos de acceso (taquilla + local).
When booking, the User selects the date, duration and locker
type, confirms the reservation, provides personal data and payment method, and
receives an email with confirmation and access codes (locker + premises).
Si no se reciben los correos en un plazo razonable (por
ejemplo 24 horas), deberá contactar con atención al cliente.
If the emails are not received within a reasonable timeframe
(e.g. 24 hours), the User must contact customer support.
Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción / Applicable Law and
Jurisdiction
Este contrato se regirá por la legislación española, y
cualquier controversia se someterá a los Juzgados y Tribunales correspondientes
del domicilio del usuario o al competente según la normativa.
This agreement will be governed by Spanish law, and any
dispute will be submitted to the competent Courts corresponding to the user’s
domicile or as provided by applicable law.
